Paul Buckner, CeMAP, CeRER

Paul founded Orchard Financial Services in 1997 and still looks after mortgage clients to this day. He heads up the Henley based property development division of Orchard. He started our Block Management Company to provide property owners and developers with a management option that offers simple transparent fees and great service. He works closely with our Block Managers on all service charge, accounting and budget related matters. His experience in property development means he is ideally placed to advise on block management schemes for properties that are planned or under construction.

Stephen Blackmore, MARLA, CeMAP, CeFA

Stephen joined Orchard in 2009 and started Orchard Property Services which quickly established itself as the leading estate agency in the Ickenham, Ruislip and Twicknham areas. He has a background in estate agency, mortgages and lettings spanning 19 years. He has plenty of experience of tenants and leaseholders who have been on the receiving end of bad practice from unscrupulous block management company s and is committed to bringing about fresh and exciting change in the industry.

 

Garry Block Management Company

Garry Price, MBIFM

Garry is the newest recruit to the Orchard team. His career spans 20 years in practical outsourced contracting and property maintenance in particular for large hotels. Garry knows what it takes to maintain multiple story buildings and their common parts in first class condition and control the cost of doing so. He is well versed in fire and health and safety practice and is an  excellent administrator. Garry handles negotiations on management agreements and supplier contracts, provides advice to the maintenance teams and heads up the office team.
