Our online portal gives lessees access to budget and account information as well as managing and controlling the information received from us. View service charge information, sink or reserve account balances, section 20 consultation information as well as being able to send and receive routine notices.

Our approved contractor scheme has been set up to ensure that suppliers who are instructed on behalf of our clients are properly experienced, qualified and insured.  The scheme allows us to monitor our suppliers to ensure that the level of service to our clients is of the highest possible standard. We only use the best local contractors ensuring quality and quick response.

As firm believers that prevention is better than cure, we run planned maintenance and renewal programmes and encourage our clients to have a Capital Expenditure Plan. We also measure our quality assurance, collating information using customer service questionnaires and general feedback forms.

Block and Estate Management is not just about the property maintenance. It involves looking after the day to day concerns resulting from owning, or being responsible for, a block of flats or large estate.
